May I order by telephone? TOP
Of course! Our phone number is 918-289-6025. We may not always be available to answer the phone, so feel free to leave a voicemail with as little as your name and telephone number or as much as your complete order information. We will call you back as soon as we can to answer any questions, take any necessary order information and/or to confirm your order.
How long does it take to process my order? TOP
Because all our orders are custom-made, we request 7-10 days to create you personalized item. If there is a delay because of availability of materials we will notify you asap.
Can you rush an order for me? TOP
Orders will usually arrive within two weeks. If you need an order shipped ASAP, email or call us to see if we can accommodate your needs. We do not charge a premium fee for this at this time.
What shipping options are available? TOP
All orders are shipped via USPS, which typically takes 2-9 days.
How are shipping charges calculated? TOP
We charge only $5 for your 1st item and only $1 for each additional item.
What forms of payment are accepted? TOP
We use PayPal to process our transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account. Simply click the small link at bottom left of the payment screen that reads:
Use your credit card or bank account (where available).
If you wish to pay by check, place your order through the Contact Us page or telephone (918-289-6025) and we will process the order once we receive your check. Please mail your check to:

Will I receive an order confirmation email? TOP
Yes, we will send confirmation to the email address provided during the order process.
Will I receive an email when my product is shipped? TOP
Yes, we will notify you by email when your order has shipped.
What is Serendipiti-do-da's return policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we’ll accept product returns on most non-personalized products in as-new condition within 30 days. Contact us by email in advance to discuss the circumstances of the return and receive instructions. We hope you’ll understand that all sales are final on personalized items. In the event we have made a mistake, of course, we will immediately process another item for you.
